Blue Wolf Capital Partners sells LOGISTEC’s marine services division to Enstructure

On September 2, 2026, Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC (“Blue Wolf”) completed the sale of LOGISTEC’s marine services division to Enstructure. The transaction creates an expanded North American network of 106 marine terminals across 30 states and provinces, strengthening the combined company’s presence across key trade corridors and industrial markets.
Enstructure will maintain LOGISTEC’s headquarters in Montréal, Québec, and Blue Wolf, which acquired LOGISTEC in a 2024 transaction by way of a plan of arrangement, will continue as an investor in the combined entity. McCarthy Tétrault advised Blue Wolf on its 2024 acquisition of LOGISTEC and subsequently represented LOGISTEC in the 2025 sale of its interest in Termont Montreal Inc.
Blue Wolf, based in New York City, New York, is a middle-market private equity firm that invests in buyouts, recapitalizations and growth capital opportunities.
LOGISTEC, headquartered in Montréal, Québec, is a corporation that provides specialized services to the marine and industrial sectors in the areas of bulk, break-bulk and container cargo, operating 85 terminals across North America.
Headquartered in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Enstructure is a port infrastructure company that owns and operates marine terminals, warehouses and related logistics assets.
