VINCI Canada acquires Peter’s Bros. Construction Ltd.
On June 2, 2025, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vinci Construction Canada Inc. (“VINCI Canada”) completed its acquisition of Peter’s Bros Construction Ltd. (“Peter’s Bros”), a provider of roadwork services and asphalt products in British Columbia.
Founded in 1973 and based in the Okanagan Valley, Peter’s Bros employs as many as 140 people in peak season and operates mainly in the British Columbia interior region, with regular projects in the Dawson Creek, Williams Lake, Merritt, Kelowna and Penticton areas. VINCI Canada is a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, a France-based group that specializes in construction and engineering.
