On July  25, 2022, Previan Technologies Inc., formerly known as Eddyfi/NDT "Previan"), acquired Pavemetrics, a digital vision systems company for transportation infrastructure inspection. The company and its technologies will join the industrial technology group and complement Previan’s diagnostic solutions offering. The transaction was financed with the support of Investissement Québec and the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ.

Previan is a fast-growing, innovative, and private industrial technology group focused on advanced diagnostic technologies to monitor the world’s infrastructure health.

McCarthy Tétrault assisted Previan with a team led by Karl Tabbakh and Charles-Antoine Souliere that included Louis-Charles Filiatrault, Karl Bherer, Philippe April, Véronique Wattiez-Larose, Francis Langlois, Vincent Yip, Jeff Sun and Émilie Thibault.
