Philippe obtained his Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor (JD) at McGill University in 2020. His academic record earned him a place on the Dean’s Honour List. He was also awarded the prestigious Wainwright Prize for best written civil law contribution to the faculty. During his time at law school, Philippe was the Executive Coordinating Editor of the McGill Law Journal, a teaching assistant for the contractual obligations course, and a research assistant at the Private Justice and Rule of Law Group.

Prior to law school, Philippe obtained a Bachelor of Arts with distinction at McGill in 2017, majoring in Political Science and History. After obtaining his BA, he was a legal intern at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.

His interests include legal technology, international business markets and e-sports. He enjoys traveling and dance.
