On November 29, 2022, Kadant Inc. and its subsidiary, Syntron Material Handling, LLC, completed the acquisition of Conveyors Plus Ltd., a provider of belt alignment systems based in Ontario, Canada. Conveyors Plus’ patented Sure Align Tracker™ belt alignment system is designed for demanding applications found in various material handling sectors to address productivity and efficiency challenges.
