The ACR Group acquires APS Aerospace Corp.

On November 1, 2024, the ACR Group closed its acquisition of APS Aerospace Corp. ("APS").

The ACR Group, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a technology company specializing in satellite-based tracking, data communication, and emergency location products. It serves diverse markets, including Aviation, Government, Defence, Marine and Outdoor markets.

APS, headquartered in Ottawa, specializes in creating advanced flight data analytics software and services. Their offerings are mainly geared towards enhancing airline safety programs, supporting investigation authorities, and assisting with the maintenance activities required for the annual certification of Digital Flight and Voice Data Recorders.
