Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Partnership announces final Vintage II closing of an aggregate amount of C$800M

On November 17, 2023, Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Partnership ("PSEIP") completed the final closing of Vintage II in respect of subsequent investments in the fund by investors for an aggregate amount of C$200 million bringing the final close of Vintage II to an aggregate amount of C$800 million and the total capital commitment of the fund to CA$1.8 billion.
PSEIP is a leading North American infrastructure platform that invests in renewable energy assets and infrastructure. PSEIP is a climate-focused investment manager which finances companies and projects aiming for both competitive returns and positive sustainability outcomes.
