Intelerad Medical Systems receives growth investment from TA Associates

On August 4, 2022, TA Associates ("TA") completed its previously announced growth investment in Intelerad Medical Systems ("Intelerad"). TA, global growth private equity firm., joins Intelerad’s majority investor, Hg Capital ("Hg"), a leading software and services investor, and ST6, a highly experienced team of software operating executives and minority investor.

Intelerad is a Quebec-based medical imaging software provider and enterprise workflow solutions to healthcare providers worldwide.

McCarthy Tétrault acted as Canadian counsel for Hg and Intelerad with a team led by Hadrien Montagne and Gerald Gaunt that included Thomas Fung, Curtis Chance, Sandra Belton, Cathy Wilson, (Corporate), Raj Juneja, Jeremy Ho, and Darren Chung (Tax), Oliver Borgers, and Erin Keogh (Regulatory).
