On April 30, 2018, Eurovia SAS completed its previously announced acquisition of Groupe TNT Inc. The transaction reinforces Eurovia's teams and operations in 10 regions of Quebec.

Eurovia is a global leader in transport infrastructure and urban development. Headquartered in France, it builds roads, motorways, railways, airports and tramways, and develops industrial, commercial and urban facilities.

Groupe TNT is a civil engineering company in Quebec. It operates a large quarry in Laval as well as asphalt concrete plants in Laval and Montreal, and is a supplier of construction materials.
