On July 11, 2011, Agropur Coopérative, a Canadian dairy industry leader, with over 5,500 employees at 27 plants and numerous distribution centres and offices across Canada, the U.S. and Argentina, completed a refinancing of its existing credit facilities.  This refinancing was made available by a lending syndicate led by Caisse centrale Desjardins, as Sole Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent and comprised of eight financial institutions.
