Two Circles Ltd. acquires KORE Software Holdings, LLC

On October 31, 2024, Two Circles Ltd. ("Two Circles"), a portfolio company of Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP ("Charterhouse"), closed its acquisition of KORE Software Holdings, LLC ("KORE"). The acquisition will enhance Two Circles' technological capabilities in North America by integrating its tech-driven services with KORE's top-tier measurement, data management, and business intelligence products.

Two Circles is a London-based sports marketing agency that uses data to help organizations connect with their fans and grow their businesses.

KORE, headquartered in New York City, is a leading provider of business management software for the sports and entertainment industries.
