Sharethrough Inc. completes merger with Equativ

On June 12, 2024,  Sharethrough Inc. completed the sale of all its issued and outstanding shares to Equativ, a global independent ad tech company.

Sharethrough Inc., based in Canada, is a leading independent omnichannel ad exchange that provides innovative advertising solutions across various digital platforms.
