GIC Private Ltd.'s participation in a consortium of investors with respect of the acquisition of Klick Group

On November 5, 2025, GIC Private Ltd., ("GIC"), a Singapore sovereign wealth fund, was part of a consortium of investors that completed the acquisition of Klick Group, the world’s largest life sciences commercialization partner, supporting global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. The transaction involved parallel cultural and non-cultural net benefit reviews pursuant to the Investment Canada Act.
