Financeit Canada Inc. closes its first C$201M term ABS transaction backed by home improvement loans

On June 23, 2026, Financeit Canada Inc. ("Financeit") closed its first C$201 million term asset-backed securitization ("ABS") transaction backed by home improvement loans. The transaction was completed through the issuance of Series 2026-1 investment-grade notes (the "Notes"), which were distributed to institutional investors in the United States and Canada. The transaction was executed through Financeit's securitization vehicle, Financeit Securitization Limited Partnership. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC served as structuring agent and, alongside CIBC Capital Markets, as joint lead placement agent, with BMO Capital Markets as co-manager.
