Stacey is an intermediate financial services law clerk in our Business Law Group in the Toronto Office. Stacey specializes in a broad range of financial related products, primarily focusing on secured lending, multi-jurisdictional financings, mining financingsand syndicated lending.

Experience

Stacey has experience in all aspects of financing work, including drafting and negotiating various transactional documents, coordinating and managing cross-border transactions and has a vast knowledge of the Personal Property Securities Act (Ontario).
