Ashley is an associate in the Business Law Group in Calgary, with a practice focused on Energy Law. She assists clients with a variety of matters related to the energy sector and her experience also includes assisting with general corporate and commercial matters such as share and asset transactions, corporate reorganizations, and drafting and analyzing various commercial agreements.

During law school, Ashley also gained in-house experience in the energy sector as a legal research assistant with a Calgary based energy company. Prior to joining the firm, Ashley articled and practiced in Calgary at a large regional business firm and practiced at a boutique business law firm.

Ashley obtained her JD from the University of Calgary and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. She was called to the bar in 2020 and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.
