On February 25, 2009, Fonds de solidarité FTQ and Premier Tech Ltée reached a financing agreement for up to C$30 million. Pursuant to the financing agreement, Fonds de solidarité FTQ has agreed to subscribe, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, to unsecured, non-convertible debentures for up to C$30 million. 

Fonds de solidarité FTQ is a development capital fund that channels the savings of Quebecers into investments in all sectors of the economy. 

McCarthy Tétrault LLP represented Fonds de solidarité FTQ in the investment with a team that was led by Francois Amyot and Mathieu Laflamme.
