Indigo Infra Canada and Ardian form Clermont JV for parking facilities

On March 21, 2024, Indigo Infra Canada Inc. ("Indigo") and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ardian formed a joint venture (Clermont Limited Partnership) with $360 million of committed capital that will be deployed to acquire a portfolio of parking facilities throughout Canada over the next five to seven years. The portfolio will initially comprise four assets in BC and Quebec contributed to the joint venture by Indigo at closing. Ardian and Indigo will deploy additional equity over the term of the joint venture, acquiring parking assets, as well as long-term concessions and leases.

Indigo is the Canadian subsidiary of Groupe Indigo, a global player in parking and urban mobility based in Hauts-de-Seine, France.

Ardian is an independent private equity fund based in Paris, France.

McCarthy Tétrault advised Indigo with a team led by Robin Mahood that included Konstantin Sobolevski, Kara Bodie (Corporate), Mary Pagonis, Madeleine Hawkins, Rafaella Arapovic, Nicholas Alevras, Liezl Dreijer (RPP), Francois Dupuis (Financial Services), and Vincent Yip (IP).
