TerraVest acquires Tankcon FRP Inc.
On May 1, 2025, TerraVest Industries Inc. (TSX: TVK) announced the acquisition of Tankcon FRP Inc., a leading North American manufacturer and lessor of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) tank trailers, along with certain assets from affiliated entities. The acquisition was completed for an enterprise value of approximately CAD$27.8 million, subject to customary closing adjustments.
TerraVest Industries Inc. is a diversified industrial company that manufactures and sells goods and services to a variety of end-markets. The Company is a market-leading manufacturer of home heating products, propane, anhydrous ammonia and natural gas liquids transport vehicles and storage vessels, energy processing equipment and fiberglass storage tanks.
