Olymel and Sanimax complete strategic investment in each other's operations

On December 31, 2020, Olymel L.P and Sanimax Industries invested in each other as a strategic partnership in order to diversify their operations.

Olymel L.P. is a leader in production, processing and distribution of pork and poultry meats.

Sanimax Industries, is a  company which reclaims and repurposes organic materials.

McCarthy Tétrault advised Olymel with a team led by Eric Gosselin that included Chrystelle Chevalier-Gagnon, Matthieu Rheault, Eloise Gagné, and Alexandra Labérée-Lachapelle (Business), Dominique Amyot-Bilodeau (Environmental), Fred Purkey (Tax), and Dominic Therien (Competition).
