Dominique Amyot-Bilodeau is a partner in the Business Law Group of McCarthy Tétrault. His practice focuses on the development of industrial and infrastructure projects, in particular in the mining, energy, environmental and heavy manufacturing sectors.

Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau works with a broad range of Canadian and international clients including developers, purchasers, investors and lenders in connection with commercial and financing transactions. He provides advice on strategic commercial, permitting, environmental and regulatory matters, and also represents clients before Canadian Courts in the context of civil and regulatory proceedings.

Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau received his Bachelor of Law degree with honours in 2006 and holds a master’s degree in Environmental Law from Laval University. He is the co-author of the reference book JurisClasseur on Québec Environmental Law.
