Dominique Amyot-Bilodeau is a partner in the Business Law Group of McCarthy Tétrault. His practice focuses on the development of industrial projects and on environmental, energy and natural resources law.
Dominique provides advice to clients on commercial matters and permitting requirements for the development of industrial projects in Québec, as well as related regulatory issues. He also conducts due diligence reviews and is involved in negotiations in the context of commercial transaction and project financing. Additionally, Dominique represents clients before the Courts in the context of civil, administrative and criminal proceedings involving regulatory issues.
In 2006, Dominique received his Bachelor of Law degree with honours and completed graduate studies in environmental law at Université Laval and at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Dominique was called to the Québec bar in 2008.
