Dominique Amyot-Bilodeau is a partner in the Business Law Group of McCarthy Tétrault. His practice focuses on environmental, energy and natural resources law.
Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau conducts due diligence reviews and is involved in negotiations in the context of commercial transaction and project financing. He also provides advice to clients on permitting requirements for the development of industrial, natural resources and energy projects and in connection with other regulatory compliance issues. Additionally, Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau represents clients before the Courts in the context of civil, administrative and criminal proceedings.
In 2006, Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau received his Bachelor of Law degree with honours and continued his graduate studies in environmental law at Université Laval and at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is currently a co-author of the reference book JurisClasseur Québec – Droit de l’environnement.
Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2008.
