Sarah obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. Prior to attending law school, Sarah studied at McGill University and was working toward a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics.
During law school, Sarah served as a clinic head at the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program where she ran the Mount Pleasant clinic. Through her work as a clinic head, she provided legal assistance to low-income clients, and had the opportunity to appear in the BC Provincial Court. Sarah also volunteered as a legal mentor, a workshop leader with the Legal Education Outreach Program, and with the Allard French Club. During her final year at law school, Sarah studied abroad at an exchange with the University of Copenhagen.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys working out, travelling, cooking, and sewing her own clothes.
