Sarah Tella is an associate in the firm’s Labour & Employment Group in Toronto. She advises and represents clients regarding a variety of matters including, labour arbitrations, employment standards, collective bargaining, wrongful dismissals, occupational health and safety, human rights and workplace investigations.
Sarah received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. While at law school, Sarah was actively involved in providing pro bono legal services. Sarah was a student caseworker and then a clinic mentor at the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic. Sarah was also a member of Pro Bono Students Canada. Sarah was a long-term volunteer at a Health and Resource Centre in Kingston, where she served terms as both the Volunteer Coordinator and Assistant Director.
Sarah received her Honours BA in Global Development Studies from Queen’s University.
Sarah was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
