Morgan Watkins is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. Morgan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, infrastructure and construction disputes, and professional liability. Morgan is a key member of our clients’ litigation teams for a variety of complex disputes and hearings. She has participated in several P3 project adjudications, two medical malpractice trials and a public inquiry.

Morgan received her JD from The University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. In her final year, Morgan was the President of the Students’ Law Society and received The University of Toronto (Gordon Cressy) Award for Student Leadership. Before pursuing her law degree, Morgan worked in the Office of the Attorney General of Ontario. She received her Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) from McGill University in 2014.

Morgan was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association. Morgan served on the Advisory Board for the Law Students’ Society of Ontario (LSSO) from 2020-2023.
