Morgan Troke is a partner in our Financial Services Group in Vancouver. His practice is primarily focused in the areas of project finance and corporate commercial law. He assists both lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured credit facilities, project finance agreements and the development of projects.

Morgan is recognized as an Up and Coming lawyer in the area of Projects: PPP & Infrastructure in the current edition of Chambers Canada.  He is listed in the current edition of The Legal 500 - Canada in the area of Infrastructure and Projects. He is also recognized in Lexpert's Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in the area of Infrastructure and Projects.

Morgan received a BSc in Computing Science, with distinction, from the University of Alberta in 2002 and an LLB from the University of British Columbia in 2007. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2008 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
