Erin Keogh is an associate in our Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group. She maintains a general practice encompassing all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, marketing and distribution practices, abuse of dominance, criminal and civil investigations, and compliance matters.
She has co-authored the Canada chapter of the Foreign Investment Review 2021, Law Business Research and was a contributing author for McCarthy Tétrault’s chapter in the first edition of Artificial Intelligence, Law Over Borders Comparative Guide 2022.
Erin completed her JD at Queen’s Law, where she was a contributor to Pro Bono Radio, acted as Finance Executive to the Animal Law Club, and represented Queen’s Law as an oralist in the Wilson Moot. She received a Joint Honours BA and BSSc in History and Political Science at the University of Ottawa, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Erin completed her summers and articles at a leading national firm. During her articles, she primarily worked in competition/antitrust and broader regulatory areas.
Erin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
