Damiana graduated from the JD program at Osgoode Hall Law School. She received a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree (with Dean’s Honour List) in Applied Economics from Queen’s University.
At Osgoode, Damiana completed a clinical at the Feminist Advocacy clinic where she worked in client intake and legal research, and the Osgoode Mediation Clinic. She was on the Executive of Osgoode’s 2021 Orientation Week, OUTLaws, and Osgoode Women’s Network, and Treasurer for Legal and Literary Society. She was the Project lead for the Women’s and Family Law Group for Pro Bono Student Canada (PBSC) chapter at Osgoode. She was a student researcher at the Law Commission of Ontario under the Civil AI project, and was a research assistant for Professor Wanda Wiegers and Professor Janet Mosher.
Outside of work, Damiana enjoys weightlifting and playing soccer, taking care of her plants and shooting 35 mm film photography.
