As head of strategy for MT>3, Adam’s role is to help unlock growth opportunities with the firm’s clients and in the wider marketplace. He is an expert and passionate leader in the legal technology space, having spent the last 20 years advising law firms and corporations on their legal tech strategy. He has done so while also serving as a key member of the senior leadership team for multiple companies.

Adam’s experience has provided him with multiple vantage points, both within law firms and legal tech service providers. He began his career in the early 2000’s and for the first decade served in various law firm roles. In each role he observed a growing need for the wide adoption of a service-first approach to delivering client solutions, which led him to build several teams devoted solely to meeting the needs of internal and external clients.

He spent the next decade at various legal tech firms designing and delivering solutions for clients of all stripes. He also served in a senior leadership capacity in both sales and operations for these companies during the height of rapid and disruptive market consolidation.

Adam grew up in Colorado and earned his bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University and a master’s from Georgetown University. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and dogs, reading and listening to audiobooks, and travel.
