On January 7, 2010, SUEZ Energy Astoria, LLC acquired, for undisclosed amounts, all of CDPQ Investments (U.S.) Inc.’s limited liability company interests in Astoria Project Partners LLC, the sole owner of Astoria Energy LLC, itself the owner and operator of an approximately 540 megawatt natural gas-fired, combined cycle electric generating facility in the Astoria Section of Queens County, New York.
