NextEra Energy Resources sells 49% interest in three Ontario wind projects to Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure

On September 26, 2025, NextEra Energy Resources, LLC (“NextEra”) sold a 49% interest in three Ontario-based wind projects (the “Projects”) to Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (“CC&L”). The Projects include Adelaide Wind with a gross capacity of approximately 60 megawatts ("MW"), Bornish Wind with a gross capacity of approximately 73 MW, and Goshen Wind with a gross capacity of approximately 102 MW.
The Projects generate energy equivalent to the annual consumption of 200,000 Ontario households. The energy generated is sold under the 20-year Power Purchase Agreements to the Independent Electricity System Operator. NextEra will continue to manage and operate the assets following the sale.
