MontClerc Capital invests in merger of PolyExpert Inc. and Polykar Industries Inc. to form Invera Flexibles

On May 4, 2026, MontClerc Capital ("MontClerc") participated as an investor in the merger of PolyExpert Inc. and Polykar Industries Inc. to form Invera Flexibles. The transaction consolidates two established flexible packaging businesses, enhancing scale and production capacity to better serve demand across North America.

Invera Flexibles is a leading flexible packaging manufacturer with manufacturing facilities across North America.
