Kim is an associate in the Business Law Group at the Québec City office. Her practice focuses around several industries and practice areas, including private equity, energy projects, securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. She represents many Quebec and Canadian companies, both public and private, in their contractual needs.

Kim completed her law degree at Université Laval in April 2022 (LL.B.) She previously completed the Paralegal Technology Program program at Cégep Garneau.

During her university studies, she actively participated as a research assistant in a research project for the adult general alternative measures program (AGAMP). She was also involved in the executive committee of Lawyers Without Borders, Laval University section, as vice-president of communications, and on the executive committee of the Pro Bono National Student Network as vice-president of finance and volunteer assistance.

Finally, conscious of social inequalities and wanting to give back to the community, Kim is a proud ambassador of the Association Espoir des Jeunes du Nahouri, which aims to facilitate access to education in Burkina Faso.

Kim was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2023. She is also a member of the Quebec City Bar and the Canadian Bar Association.
