mdf commerce inc. enters into share purchase agreement with SPS Commerce, Inc. and closes sale of its subsidiary InterTrade Systems Inc.

On October 5, 2022, mdf commerce inc. announced it entered into a share purchase agreement with SPS Commerce, Inc., and concurrently closed the transaction for the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary InterTrade Systems Inc. for C$65.8 million.

mdf commcerce inc. provides SaaS solutions with the goal of optimizing commercial interactions between buyers and sellers.
