Influence Media Partners to Acquire Anthem Entertainment’s Catalogs

On July 29, 2026, Influence Media Partners ("Influence Media") announced the signing of an agreement to acquire assets of Anthem Entertainment (“Anthem”), in a deal valued at more than US$600 million. Anthem’s portfolio, comprised of music publishing and master recording rights and film and TV publishing assets, includes more than 24,000 released songs and more than 60,000 additional unexploited works. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q4 2026.

Anthem is a global music rights management and publishing company based in Toronto and Nashville.

Influence Media is a New York-based music and entertainment platform and investment manager.
