On April 15, 2026, BX Pure Industrial Issuer Trust Canada issued a C$449.73 million commercial mortgage-backed security (Series 2026-PURE4), secured by 8 industrial properties in Toronto, comprising 13 industrial property buildings. The mortgage loan closed on April 15, 2026, with proceeds used to pay off existing debt and cover closing costs.

BX Pure Industrial Issuer Trust Canada is a special purpose trust established in Ontario to support the issuance of CMBS securities.
