Marc MacMullin is a partner in the Business Law Group in Toronto and co-leader of the firm's National Financial Services Group.

His practice focuses on structured finance transactions, asset-backed programmes, and covered bond transactions. He has extensive experience as lead counsel in public and private securitization transactions for various asset classes, including credit card receivables, trade receivables, retail instalment contracts, leases, CMBS and RMBS. Marc has been lead counsel to a number of Canadian financial institutions on the establishment of their securitization programmes, global covered bond programmes and related international offerings.

Marc has also spoken at and written papers for structured finance conferences. 

He received his LLB from the University of Western Ontario.
