Megan received her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law in April 2022. During her time in law school, Megan volunteered with Student Legal Assistance, Calgary Legal Guidance, and Pro Bono Students’ Canada. In her final year, she represented the University of Calgary at the Gale Cup Moot in constitutional law.

Prior to attending law school, Megan graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta, completing a Bachelor of Science degree with a Specialization in Psychology. In addition, Megan worked as a psychometrist at a private neuropsychology clinic for several years.

Megan has been involved in highland dancing for over 20 years. She currently helps run a dance school in Calgary, instructing beginner to competitive highland dancers. In her spare time, Megan enjoys getting out to the mountains no matter the season, to ski, bike, and hike with her dog, Gus. Megan made the most of her summer by traveling to British Columbia, Ontario, Washington, France, Portugal, Spain, England, and Scotland.
