Mackenzie obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. During law school, Mackenzie volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and served as an executive member of the Indigenous Law Students Association. Before summering with the firm, Mackenzie worked with a pharmaceutical company’s in-house legal team.

Prior to attending law school, Mackenzie earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in International Business and Legal Studies in Business from MacEwan University. Throughout her undergraduate degree, Mackenzie was a member of the women’s volleyball team and competed in the USports Canada West Division.

In her spare time, Mackenzie enjoys coaching volleyball, going to fitness classes, watching reality tv, and spending time with her friends, family and Aussiedoodle, Beau.
