Lucinda Chitapain is an associate in our Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group. She is developing a general antitrust practice encompassing all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, marketing and distribution practices, abuse of dominance, criminal and civil investigations, and compliance matters.
Lucinda obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, Lucinda served as a Director at Fair Change Community Services, a student-run clinic dedicated to providing legal support to individuals charged with provincial offences. She also completed an internship at a research institute as part of Osgoode’s International Law Intensive Program. Prior to law school, Lucinda earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from the University of Ottawa, where she was awarded the Faculty Plaque for the highest academic standing in the program.
Lucinda summered and articled at the firm. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
