Jennifer is a passionate and skillful advocate who focuses on delivering the best possible results for her clients.  With over a decade of litigation experience, she is known for her personable and practical approach to dispute resolution.

Jennifer is counsel in the litigation group in Toronto.  Her practice includes medical defence work on behalf of the Canadian Medical Protective Association in both civil and disciplinary contexts.  She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.  

Jennifer obtained her Honours B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) from York University in 2007.  She obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2010.  She was called to the Ontario bar in 2012.  Prior to joining McCarthy Tetrault, she practiced for over ten years at a prominent insurance defence boutique in Toronto.  Her notable cases include:

Jennifer is a Director of the Toronto Lawyers Association.  She is the co-Chair of the TLA’s Advocacy Committee.  She is the former Chair of the TLA’s Young Lawyers Committee.

Jennifer is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association, The Advocates’ Society, the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto and the Ontario Bar Association.
