Eric Freeman is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. Eric maintains a general litigation practice.
In 2021-2022, Eric clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Suzanne Côté. He also clerked for the Judges of the Court of Appeal for Ontario in 2019-2020. Between his two clerkships, Eric practiced corporate and commercial litigation at a boutique in Toronto.
Eric graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he served as a senior editor for the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Prior to law school, Eric obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours with Distinction) from Mount Allison University, with a major in International Relations and a minor in Political Science. Eric also obtained a Masters degree in Political Science at McGill University.
Eric was called to the bar in 2020. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
