Daniel Goudge is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. He maintains a general litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial disputes, professional liability, and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Mr. Goudge clerked at the Federal Court for the Honourable Anne L. Mactavish.
Mr. Goudge received his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015. While in law school, Mr. Goudge worked at the Ontario Human Rights Legal Support Centre, assisting applicants with their claims before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. At law school, Mr. Goudge was also involved in Indigenous issues, including working at an Aboriginal rights organization in Winnipeg.
Mr. Goudge is a graduate of SUNY-Stony Brook, where he obtained an MA in Philosophy in 2009. He received his BA from the University of King’s College in 2008, graduating with Combined Honours in Philosophy and Contemporary Studies.
Mr. Goudge is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
