Ann Walker is a corporate paraprofessional in our Business Law Services Group in Calgary, Alberta. Ann supports clients by assisting with the preparation of corporate documents and the online filing of information with Alberta Registries. She regularly prepares documents for corporate transactions involving incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, reorganizations, dissolutions and revivals. Ann’s strong Alberta corporate knowledge, coupled with her strong client service orientation, adds value for her clients.

Experience

Ann’s diversified experience assists her in understanding the many facets of corporate organizations. Before starting with McCarthy Tétrault, her experience in the management of a smaller law firm enabled her to be involved in all aspects of a firm’s business, including accounting functions. As a paraprofessional, she actively participated in a number of significant reorganizations of commercial property companies, and often acted as a liaison with investors, financial planners and trust companies.
