O’Leary Global Infrastructure Fund successfully closes its $58.44 million IPO

On November 14, 2008, O’Leary Global Infrastructure Fund (the “Fund”) successfully completed its initial public offering of 4,870,000 combined class A units at a price of $12.00 per combined class A unit for aggregate gross proceeds of C$58.4 million. Each combined class A unit consists of one transferable class A trust unit (“Class A Trust Unit”) and one Class A Trust Unit purchase warrant (“Class A Warrant”). Additionally, each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A Trust Unit at a subscription price of C$12.00 on or before 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on November 30, 2009.
