On January 18, 2021, Hero Group acquired Baby Gourmet by way of plan of arrangement. This acquisition will expand Baby Gourmet’s footprint in North America and allow Hero Group to increase their portfolio in the baby food market category.

Baby Gourmet, headquartered in Calgary, is privately held organic baby food company in Canada. 

Hero Group is an international nutritional food products company headquartered in Lenzburg, Switzerland.
