On June 22, 2011, Enerflex completed a private placement of C$90.5 million of senior notes. The private placement was conducted on a best efforts basis and co-led by TD Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc.

Enerflex Ltd. is a worldwide supplier, based out of Calgary, Alberta, of products and services to the global oil and gas production industry.

McCarthy Tétrault LLP acted as counsel to the note purchasers on matters of Canadian law, with a team led by Andrew Parker, Matthew Appleby, and Barry Ryan.
