On June 4, 2009, Windsor Regional Hospital reached financial close with Bondfield Construction Company Limited to build and finance the hospital's redevelopment project. The building team, led by Bondfield Construction and advised by National Bank Financial, includes financing by Bank of Montreal acting as administrative agent, National Bank of Canada, Laurentian Bank of Canada and The Toronto-Dominion Bank.

McCarthy Tétrault LLP represented the lenders, with a team led by Byran Gibson that also included Jill Pereira, and Olga Bochkaryova.
