Team Value and Skills

Trena Gallant is a paraprofessional in the area of securities law within the Business Law Group. Trena supports clients by assisting with filings for TSX, TSXV, OTC and CSE listed issuers, insider reporting obligations, continuous disclosure obligations and private and public financings. 

Experience

Trena’s strong knowledge of securities laws and regulations enables her to assist with the preparation of prospectus filing documents, annual general meeting materials, continuous disclosure documents, stock exchange applications and reports, CUSIP applications and reports of exempt distribution. Trena’s main focus is securities law, however she also has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate law and in the area of due diligence. She has assisted with the incorporation and maintenance of corporations and regularly assists the due diligence team.

Certifications and Education

Trena graduated from Okanagan University College and has completed several continuing education courses. She also attends various seminars and conferences on a regular basis to keep abreast of new policies, regulations and industry practices.
