TECSYS acquires PCSYS A/S for C$13.7M

On February 1, 2019, TECSYS Inc., through its subsidiary TECSYS Denmark Holding ApS, acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of PCSYS A/S for an aggregate purchase price of C$13.7 million. The acquisition was funded by TECSYS Inc. through a term loan of C$12 million from National Bank of Canada and existing cash.
TECSYS is a supply chain management software company based in Montreal, Quebec. It is a market leader in supply chain solutions for health systems and hospitals, and provides warehouse management, distribution and transportation management, supply management at point-of-use, and complete financial management and analytics solutions.
PCSYS A/S is a Danish technology company that develops and delivers supply chain management solutions. PCSYS A/S also provides warehouse and logistics management solutions, including hardware and service installation and integration.
