TecAlliance acquires all shares of JNP Software International Inc. through 9390-0397 Québec Inc.

On February 28, 2019, 9390-0397 Québec Inc., a wholly-owned affiliate of TecAlliance GmbH, acquired (directly and indirectly) all shares of JNP Software International Inc. The acquisition will add to the aftermarket expertise TecAlliance has, particularly in North America, Europe and Asia. Given the similar structure of both companies, TecAlliance expects immediate synergies in sales and IT management.
TecAlliance GmbH is a German application software developer and provider that specializes in creating platform for clients involved in the independent automotive aftermarket and vehicle spare parts market.
JNP Software International Inc. is a Quebec-based applications software developer that creates parts management solutions for the automotive aftermarket and data management services solutions.
McCarthy Tétrault LLP advised TecAlliance with a team led by Charles-Antoine Soulière that included Xin Gao, Felipe Díaz Villegas, Emily Hutchison and Etienne Guertin (Business), Dominic Thérien and Julien Beaulieu (Competition) and Alexandra Carbone (Tax).
